Why We Do This Work
We recognize that our built environment is inherently inequitable and has unfairly impacted under-resourced communities.
We acknowledge that industries that shape the built environment have contributed to systems of inequity.
We pledge to interrogate our historical context, leverage our skills, power and privilege, and to minimize harm.
